The third method is for those who need a slower start. Instead of running distance or beating a pace, joggers using this method will jog for a certain period of time per day while keeping careful track of their heart rate. This method is the slowest of the most popular methods, but is by far the safest for those with known health issues. An important part of physical training is to exert yourself without injury.

By tracking heart rates and limiting the amount of time that you are jogging, you can slowly build up muscle tone and endurance without stressing your body. Jogging five to ten minutes a day while maintaining specific heart rates is suggested, while slowly adding more minutes as your body adapts to being able to handle the stresses of running.

The third method requires that the running watch GPS unit has a heart rate monitor, pacing functions and distance calculators. This combination is important for following the progress of this type of runner. The mother health oriented features available in a watch, the more effective it will be when this method of training is used. DiKids Watches When my little lad was asked what he wanted for his birthday, he replied promptly with the answer, “a watch Daddy, so I can tell the time like you?” What do you say to that, he is only four? Can you get a watch for a four year old; will it not just slip off his wrist when he is playing with cars? Well how daft did I feel when it turns out that it is quite a market for kids watches out there. So where do you start? At the end of the day you don’t want to spend a fortune on a watch that isn’t going to be worn forever, as your child will naturally grow out of it, whether it is through their physical development as a child or if it is because they don’t like Spiderman anymore. Well you’ve got to get the branded one haven’t you; after all you want your kid to look cool? I know I do, so although my bank manager advises me to buy the cheapest watch possible, my heart strings keep tugging away so my boy gets the watch that he wants, and puts the biggest happiest smile on his face. Spoilt he may be but when he is asked for the time (by one of his 4yr old buddies) he is the coolest kid on the block!

DIVERS WATCHES

Divers Watches After a new watch for diving? Want a bit of advice? Then look no further. I have spent the last couple of months looking into the prospect of which watch to buy, and believe me it’s not an easy decision. There are so many good divers watches out there at the moment that you really have to do your research to determine which divers watch meets your specific requirements.

For example, some people might want a divers watch with functions like USB and IR data transfer for interpreting dive data on your PC, and has a host of other high tech functions such as dive log, temperature, interval timer etc. These divers watches are excellent for giving you all the technical information you require to keep a full log of your diving records, but most of them can’t be worn as an everyday watch, as they are like have a portable computer on your wrist! Obviously if you are a serious diver then it would be worthwhile investing your money on a divers watch that has these capabilities, but if you are new to diving and are literally just testing the water, don’t spend too much, otherwise you will end up wearing a watch to the office with so many functions on it you will confuse yourself trying to set the alarm! I know from personal experience! These things are quite literally a computer for recording your scuba diving exhibitions, not a bog standard watch. The majority of people who don’t wear a different watch for every activity that they do, will settle for a watch that has the majority of functions needed for diving, but has the looks and design of a watch that can be worn everyday, without weighing you down like an anchor! These will have the look of a fashion watch, with a good looking modern design but with simple easy to use divers functions.

Becoming more and more popular Fake watches are starting to take over the internet. If there is a popular
wristwatch on the market then guaranteed there is a Replica watch already made and for sale online, more
than likely on Ebay or a similiar auction site.

This is especially annoying if you are one of many people who have scrimped and saved for years to get the
watch of your dreams, just for your mate at work to come back from Turkey with an Armani watch that only cost him £49.99 at the local market, or lad on your football team who is bragging about having a Rolex that he got from Ebay for £99.99?

At the end of the day these fake watches aren’t cheap anymore, in some cases more expensive than a run of the mill brand, like Animal ? ? ? ? ?. Is this because they are of such good quality? Or is it a case of businessmen seeing a marketing opportunity to rip off people who struggle to afford designer watches?

In my experience, it is a fine line. Obviousley there are some watches out there that fall apart the day
after you take them out the box, but there are some excellent examples of Replica watches out there. So much so that they are 99% the same as the original, that 1% only being the fact that it is a Replica.

After buying several fake watches over the years, I have probably come across both extremes of these examples. You come back off holiday with a absolute bargain only for it to stop working two weeks later. What can you do?

But I have also had a Rolex which lasted me 2yrs, looked as good as the real thing, was as heavy as the real thing, and certainly made me feel like i had money on my wrist for that time. But again it didn’t last forever.

In summary, avoid the absolute bargains, they are that cheap for a reason. Take your time in finding the right fake or replica to buy, there are literally thousands of companies online selling them, before parting with your money. Use them as a stepping stone gradually moving up the watch ladder until you reach those dizzy heights of owning a brand new ? knowing fine well that it is 110% genuine, your bank balance reminding you of that fact.

Just so you know, I’m still climbing that ladder, in fact, I’m only about half way up!

Omega Watches. Swiss watchmaker Omega, currently sponsors of the prestigious golf tournament, the European Masters, is world famous for their brand of ladies and gents designer watches. With Omega’s current connection with the golfing world it’s not surprising to find that current ambassadors for the brand include Sergio Garcia, Ernie Els and Michelle Wie. Probably the most recognized and famous person to be associated with Omega would undoubtedly be James Bond, also know as 007, Britain’s top secret agent. As you can see Omega have proved to all that they are one of the big boys when it comes to designer watches and must be considered when you are looking at purchasing a new watch. So which one should you get?

If you are looking for men’s watches, then really your options are Seamaster, Speedmaster, Constellation, De Ville or one of the many specialty watches that Omega do, with some fine watches in their Olympic Collection as well as their Tourbillon, Skeleton and all the classic watches in their museum of wristwatches. The two most popular Omega watches are definitely the Seamaster and the Speedmaster, after all if they are good enough for James Bond, then who’s to argue?

The Omega Seamaster collection currently consists of 20 watches, split into a couple of sub sections. For example there is the Omega Seamaster 300M watch which has 7 different variations, like the GMT, Quartz, Diver or the Chronometer. You have also got the Omega Aquaterra collection which again consists of 8 different variations, with Quartz, Chronograph, Railmaster and the Chronometer being the choice. There are a couple of other collections of watches to consider in the Omega range, including Planet Ocean, Apnea and NZL-32 Chrono, but the Omega 300M and Aquaterra are the two most popular watches at the moment.

The Omega Speedmaster collection currently has less models than the Omega Seamaster with 9 watches to choose from, like Professional, Broad Arrow, Day-Date, Date, Racing Chronometer, 50th Anniversary Limited Series and of course the Schumacher Speedmaster. My favorite is definitely the Omega Schumacher Speedmaster, first of all because I love Michael Schumacher, and secondly because it is a fantastic watch which comes under the Legend branding, which says it all really.

That basically sums up the Omega watches for men, but if it is a Ladies Omega watch that you are after, then good news, the selection for the ladies is just as good as the Men’s watches. Similarly to the men’s watches the Omega ladies watches are split into a few categories including Constellation, Seamaster, Speedmaster, De Ville and the range of specialty watches which include Omegamania and Aquarella. As the men’s watches, the Seamaster and the Speedmaster are certainly the most popular amongst the athletes with the Aquaterra and 300m versions of the Omega watches coming out on top yet again.

For the ladies after a bit more sophistication then maybe a jewelry watch from the Constellation range, with its wide choice of jewelry watches from Gold to Diamonds to Antique.
