Frequently Asked Questions Please refer to our FAQ page. Order and Payment We currently offer four types of payments. Paypal, Personal cheque's, Postal orders and Google checkout. We are now in the process of adding a Trade account (Subject to terms & conditions).
Postage and Packaging You have four options for delivery. 1. Special Delivery 2. 1st Class Recorded 3. 2nd Class Recorded and 4. Airmail. We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours, however some items may not be in stock when order is placed, in this case we will contact you shortly after order is placed with a new delivery date.
Returns Policy In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a seven day return policy. You will need to email us your order number, item/s details, name and address. We will then contact you with further instructions. Please note we do not offer a return on new and used movements, watch tools and special orders unless item/s are faulty or damaged. We do not refund postage costs.
Special Orders
Special orders are items which are not in stock and have to be ordered in. When placing an order we will always state an approximate date for delivery, however this may change at any time. If this is the case then we will contact you with a new delivery date. Please note items we order in are not refundable unless faulty or damaged. You will then need to email us within 24 hours of receiving the item/s and we will then contact you with further information.
